The Guru is wise and clear; the Guru looks upon all alike. Meeting with Him, doubt and skepticism are removed.

Meeting with the True Guru, I have obtained the supreme status. I am a sacrifice to the True Guru. ||3||

Wisdom is clear and fair — it looks on everyone alike, with the same kind eyes.
Meeting it, doubt melts away, and I find the best, highest place inside.
Real wisdom looks on everyone with the same kind eyes — it plays no favorites.
This one says: real wisdom looks at everyone with the same kind eyes.
Guroo samadrasee means "the Guru looks upon all alike." Real wisdom sees the same worth in every person. It plays no favorites.
Think of a fair referee. It doesn't matter which team wears which shirt. The rules are the same for everyone. Meeting that kind of fairness, "doubt and fear are removed." You no longer wonder whether you count. You do, and so does everyone else.
A Question to Sit With
What would it look like to see everyone with the same kind, fair eyes?
