In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

Turn toward the good, O my mind, and you'll receive its sweet rewards.

Learn humbly from what's wise, and the empty, aching feeling lifts, and you're wrapped in joy.

Turn toward the good, learn humbly, and the empty aching feeling lifts as joy pours in.
The deeper layer

This is a Partaal — a lively, rhythm-shifting form, fitting for the dance raag. The rahao: "serve the Lord and receive the fruits... receive the dust of the Guru's feet. All poverty will be eliminated... you shall be enraptured." The keynote is the repeated nihaal — "blissful, blissful, blissful" — sheer delight. For a child: turn toward the good, learn humbly, and the empty feeling lifts as joy pours in.

A Question to Sit With

What fills you with delight when it finally arrives?
