In plain words

Those who meet the Word become pure in how they live, and they are welcomed in the True Court.

Night and day, they stay lovingly tuned to the jewel of the Naam. Age after age, they melt into the True One.

Keep your attention gently tuned to what is true, and you slowly become it.
The deeper layer

Those who take the Word to heart become clean inside and stay tuned to the One.

Sabad milay say soochaachaaree: those who receive the Shabad become pure in how they live. Saachee dargeh maanay: they are honored in the True Court, the place where only truth counts.

An-din naam ratan liv laagay: night and day, they stay lovingly tuned to the jewel of the Name. Liv means steady, loving attention. It is like a phone that stays connected to one strong signal all day. Jug jug saach samaanay: age after age, they merge into the True One. Over time, you become what you pay attention to.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you improve at just by paying attention to it every day?
