The Lord abides within the Temple of the Lord. He is pervading in all.
ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵਣਜੀਐ ਸਚਾ ਸਉਦਾ ਹੋਇ ॥੧੧॥੧॥
naanak gurmukh vanjee-ai sachaa sa-udaa ho-ay. ||11||1||
O Nanak, the Gurmukhs trade in the merchandise of Truth. ||11||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One lives inside the Temple of the One, and fills everything, everywhere.

Nanak says: those who face the Guru trade in the goods of Truth.

The One lives in every heart — trade in Truth.
The deeper layer

The One lives inside your inner temple and fills every place, and those who face the Guru trade in Truth.

Sarab nirantar: filling everything, with no gap anywhere. Guru Amar Das, signing as Nanak, closes with the trader's image: the gurmukh deals in sachaa sa-udaa, the goods of Truth, a trade that always holds.

A Question to Sit With

How might you treat people if you knew the same light lived in each of them?
