When you are held by the One, the things that used to push you around simply lose their grip.

The carefree note (bayparvaah) recurs across Guru Arjan's Raamkalee: peace comes not from controlling everything but from leaning on the one steady, unmoving support.

The steadiness the yogi seeks through austerity, Guru Arjan finds through trust — the adol One who never moves becomes the ground on which a restless mind finally rests.
