In plain words

You made a world full of variety. In the flow of existence it comes, it goes, and it merges back into You, like waves into the sea.

You Yourself see it and blossom with joy. There is no one else at all.

Keep me however You please. Through the Guru's Word, I understand You.

You are the strength of everyone. As it pleases You, You lead us on.

No one is as great as You. Who else would I speak to?

Everything rises and returns in the same flow, and there is no one else to talk to but its Source.
The deeper layer

Hukam, the flow of existence, holds everything: the world comes, goes, and merges by it. The One both watches and blossoms (vigaas) in delight, and there is no one else at all. The closing question, who else would I speak to, makes the One the only possible listener.

A Question to Sit With

When you have something too big to say, who do you say it to?
