O Nanak, He is pervading and permeating all places, the forests and the meadows, the three worlds, and every hair. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The True Naam has pierced deep inside me, and outside too I see the True One.

Nanak says: the One fills every place, the forests and the meadows, the three worlds, and every single hair.

What you find deepest inside you, you start to see everywhere outside too.
The deeper layer

Inside (andar) and outside (baahar) meet. The True Naam pierces the core of the self; then, looking outward, the same One is seen filling every place: forests, meadows, every hair (rom). What is found deepest inside is then recognized everywhere outside.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever noticed the same thing showing up everywhere once you saw it once?
