Remember the One, and the door to freedom opens.
You go to the heavenly home, and you do not come back to this world again.
In the home of the Fearless One, joyful trumpets play,
and the unstruck music rings on forever, full and endless.
Keeping what is good in mind opens doors that fear keeps shut.
Simran is loving remembrance, keeping the One in mind. Remembrance opens the 'door of liberation' and leads to the home of the Fearless One (nirbhau, a word from the very opening of Sikh scripture), where the unstruck music (anhad) sounds forever.
A Question to Sit With
What is something good that, when you keep it in mind, changes how your day feels?
