In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

Inside the body run three hidden streams, called Ida, Pingala and Sushmana. All three live in one place.

That place is my Prayag, where the three sacred rivers meet. That is where my mind takes its cleansing bath.

The holy meeting-place you seek is already inside you.
The deeper layer

The most sacred meeting place is inside you, not on a map.

Many people travel to Prayag, where three great rivers meet, and bathe there to feel clean. That meeting of rivers is called the tribeni sangam.

Yoga teachers describe three hidden channels inside the body: irhaa, pingulaa and sukhmanaa. Baynee says teen baseh ik thaa-ee — these three live in one place. That inner meeting is his Prayag. There his mind takes its cleansing bath.

Think of searching the whole house for your charger and finding it in your own backpack. No long journey is needed.

A Question to Sit With

Where inside yourself do you go to feel clear and calm?
