How rare are those who follow the Guru and taste it.
The One has a sweetness like nothing else, and few people taste it.
This is the Rahao, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Aiso ray har ras meethaa — that is how sweet the essence of the One is. Ras means juice, or taste.
Gurmukh kinai virlai deethaa — only a rare few, turned toward the Guru, get to taste it. It is not rare because it is hidden. It is rare because few people grow still enough to notice it.
Think of a strawberry eaten while scrolling on a phone. You barely taste it. Eat it slowly, and it is amazing.
