In plain words

The Naam, the Name of the One, is a jewel, a bright red ruby.

It brings truth, contentment and wisdom.

Peace, natural ease and kindness — the One places these treasures

into the hands of those who love.

The Name is a treasure that quietly fills you with peace and kindness.
The deeper layer

Ratan javayhar naam — the Name as gem. The gifts listed — sat (truth), santokh (contentment), gi-aan (understanding), sookh (peace), sahj (natural ease), da-i-aa (kindness) — are what the One entrusts (havaalai) to the devoted, handed over rather than earned.

A Question to Sit With

If contentment were a jewel, what would you keep it next to?
