In plain words

Those who hold the One Creator in their hearts

have every good quality, and they think on the True One.

Nanak says: the one who lives and acts in step with the Guru's will melts into the Truest of the true.

*Hold the One in your heart, and every good quality follows.*
The deeper layer

Hold the One in your heart, and every good quality follows.

Jin kai hirdai aykankaar means "those who have the One Creator in their hearts." They are sarab gunee, full of every good quality, and they think on what is true.

Gur kai bhaanai karam kamaavai means "one who acts in step with the Guru's will." Bhaanaa means will, what the Guru wishes. It is like living in tune with the Hukam, the flow of existence.

Think of a plant turned toward the sun. It does not have to force itself to grow. The light does the work. Naanak saachay saach samaavai means "Nanak says, such a one melts into the Truest of the true," and is completely at home.

A Question to Sit With

If keeping the One close naturally grows kindness and honesty, what's one way to keep it close today?
