In plain words

The whole living universe sprang up from within You. There is no other at all.

Whatever exists, exists because of You, O One.

Through every age, the True One stays the Master. Nothing comes into being, and nothing passes away, because of anyone else.

Everything that exists is one thing showing itself in countless ways.
The deeper layer

Everything comes from the One. That is the biggest idea of all, and everything else here grows from it.

Antar ut-bhuj avar na ko-ee — the whole created world sprang up from within You; there is no other. Ut-bhuj means the living world that sprouts up, like seeds pushing out of the soil. Think of every plant in a garden. Each one looks separate, but they all rise from the same ground.

Jugah jugantar means age after age. Through all that time, the True One stays. Even utpat parla-o — things coming into being and things passing away — happens from that same Source. No second power stands beside it. The rest of the shabad builds on this. If there is only One, then looking for that One in scattered places misses the point.

A Question to Sit With

If everything came from one Source, what does that change about how you see other people?
