The Path of Yoga is very difficult, Yogi; he alone finds it, whom God blesses with His Grace.

Inside and outside, he sees the One Lord; he eliminates doubt from within himself. ||11||

The path of yoga is steep, Yogi. Only the one the One looks on with grace finds it.
Inside and outside, that person sees the One, and clears doubt out from within.
When you see the One everywhere, the feeling of being separate melts.
Bikham — the path is steep. It is found through nadar, the glance of grace, received not earned. Its fruit is seeing eko (the One) antar baahar — inside and outside alike — which dissolves bharam, the doubt that comes from feeling separate.
