The Name Is the Medicine

har kaa naam a-ukhaDh hai jogee jis no man vasaa-ay.
The Name of the Lord is the medicine, Yogi; the Lord enshrines it in the mind.
gurmukh hovai so-ee boojhai jog jugat so paa-ay. ||10||
One who becomes Gurmukh understands this; he alone finds the Way of Yoga. ||10||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Yogi, the Naam of the One is the medicine, and the One places it in the mind.

Whoever turns toward the Guru understands this, and that person finds the way of yoga.

Keeping the One in mind is the medicine for a restless heart.
The deeper layer

Har kaa naam a-ukhadh hai — the Name is the medicine. It is not swallowed but enshrined in the mind. Only the gurmukh, the one oriented toward the teaching, grasps this and finds jog jugat, the way of union.
