bikhi-aa maatay bharam bhulaa-ay updays kaheh kis bhaa-ee. ||19||
Engrossed in corruption, they wander in confusion; who can they possibly instruct, O Siblings of Destiny? ||19||

Lost in the things that poison the heart, they wander around confused.
So, brothers and sisters, who can they teach?
Someone who is lost cannot show others the way.
Bikhi-aa maate bharam bhulaa-e — those absorbed in what poisons the heart wander lost, so updays kaheh kis — whom can they teach? The caution begins at home: find the way yourself before you point others to it.
