aapay saajay sarisat upaa-ay sir sir DhanDhai laa-ee. ||4||
He Himself fashions and creates the creation; He links each and every person to their task. ||4||

And to each person the One gives their own work to do, their own part to play.
Everyone is given their own part to play.
Sir sir dhandhai laaee — each head, each person, given their own task. Every life has its place and purpose in the making.
