jo kichh karnaa so kar rahi-aa avar na karnaa jaa-ee. ||3||
Whatever He wants to do, He is doing; no one else can do anything. ||3||

Whatever is unfolding, it is the One unfolding it.
Nothing happens outside of that flow.
Everything that happens moves within one flow.
The flow of existence (Hukam, felt here as jo kichh karnaa so kar rahiaa). Not a distant ruler pulling strings, but the single reality moving through everything.
