When someone is always negative, people slowly stop listening. There is no comfortable place left for them to sit.
That constant tearing-down becomes its own misery, now and later on. It is a restless, lonely wandering with no rest in it.
Always tearing others down builds a lonely, restless life.
The verse says no one listens to such a person, and they find no place to sit.
Then it says eehaa dukh aagai narak — pain here, and hell later. The meaning we can live with is the misery that constant negativity makes right now. People pull away. There is no rest. Unkindness builds its own lonely world, and that is warning enough.
Think of a group chat where one person puts everyone down. Soon people mute it, and that person is left talking to no one.
The verse also speaks of wandering through many lives. That is the same restless circling, going around and around without finding home.
