ਕਰਿ ਅਨੁਗ੍ਰਹ ਰਾਖਿ ਲੀਨੇ ਏਕ ਨਾਮ ਅਧਾਰ ॥
kar anugrah raakh leenay ayk naam aDhaar.
He showers us with His kindness and compassion; He saves and protects those who take the Support of the Naam, the Name of the One Lord.

Meditating in remembrance on Him, day and night, O Nanak, your face shall be radiant in the Court of the Lord. ||2||103||126||

Nanak says: remember the One morning and night, and your face grows bright and welcome, glad to be seen.
Steady remembrance makes a face bright and welcome.
The One pours kindness on all who lean on the one Name (ayk naam adhaar), and day-and-night remembrance makes a face bright and welcome (mukh oojal). Remembering steadily changes even how you show up.
