In plain words

There are people whose hearts are so full of the One that just being near them lifts you. They live turned toward what is true, and goodness gathers naturally around the good they do.

Nanak says: I give my whole self in love to people like that — the ones who carry the One quietly inside them wherever they go. Seeing such a full and steady heart can make you want to live that way too. That kind of admiration is a kind of love.

Being near a full heart makes you want to have one too.
The deeper layer

Shalok, Third Mehl. gurmukh araadhiaa — those turned to the Guru adore the One, and karam paraapat, grace comes to them. hau balihaaree — I am a sacrifice to them — the posture of humble awe and love toward those in whom the Naam dwells.

A Question to Sit With

Who do you know whose goodness quietly makes you want to be better?
