In my heart, I meditate on Him; with my eyes, I focus my meditation on Him. With my ears, I listen to His Sermon.

With my feet, I walk on my Lord and Mater's Path. With my tongue, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||2||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
My heart remembers You. My eyes look for You. My ears listen for You.
My feet walk the path toward You, and my voice sings about You. Every single part of me gets pointed the same direction, like a whole body leaning toward the light.
Real devotion is the whole self leaning the same direction.
A beautiful inventory of the whole self oriented toward the One — heart, eyes, ears, feet, tongue all turned the same way. This is what devotion looks like when it stops being an idea and becomes the posture of the entire person. Nothing is left out; the trust of the rahau becomes a lived, bodily direction.
A Question to Sit With
What does it feel like when your mind, heart, and actions all want the same thing?
