In plain words

When your mind is content, there is no room left for pride. The urge to hurt or to grab more just quietly fades.

You live close to the One, easy and natural. Turned toward the Guru, you are made beautiful from the inside by that love.

A content heart has no room for pride, cruelty, or grabbing.
The deeper layer

A content heart has no room for pride, and the wish to hurt or grab just fades.

"Jis man maanai" means the mind that is settled and at peace. Such a mind has no abhimaan, no puffed-up pride.

Then two more things drop away. Hinsaa is the urge to hurt. Lobh is greed, always wanting more. Nobody has to fight them off. They simply fall away, like dry leaves in autumn.

"Sahj ravai" means living with the One in easy, natural closeness. And "gurmukh rang savaaray" means love for the Guru's way makes a person beautiful from the inside.

A Question to Sit With

What happens to your urge to compete when you already feel content?
