Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One's people repeat the Naam: Raam, Raam, Raam.

One moment of peace in the Sangat is worth millions of heavens.

One instant of peace in the Sangat is worth more than any faraway paradise.
The deeper layer

One moment of peace in the Sangat is worth more than millions of heavens.

Har jan raam raam raam dhi-aa-ay — the One's people repeat the Naam, a steady rhythm that keeps the One present. Ayk palak, a single blink of peace in the saadh samaagam, the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One — is said to be worth kot baikunth, millions of paradises. The repetition is not empty; it is how attention stays turned toward wonder.

A Question to Sit With

When was a short, ordinary moment more precious to you than any big reward?
