Saarang, Fifth Mehl:
ਅਬ ਮੋਰੋ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਾਂ ॥
ab moro thaakur si-o man maanaaN.
Now my mind is pleased and appeased by my Lord and Master.
ਸਾਧ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਦਇਆਲ ਭਏ ਹੈ ਇਹੁ ਛੇਦਿਓ ਦੁਸਟੁ ਬਿਗਾਨਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
saaDh kirpaal da-i-aal bha-ay hai ih chhaydi-o dusat bigaanaa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
The Holy Saint has become kind and compassionate to me, and has destroyed this demon of duality. ||1||Pause||

Now my heart is at peace, at home with my Master.
A holy person was kind to me and cut away this enemy inside, the feeling of being apart.
The feeling of being separate is the one thing worth letting go.
Ab moro thaakur si-o man maanaa — now my mind is at home with the One. A saadh, a holy person, became gracious, and the dusat bigaanaa — the feeling of duality, of being separate and cut off — melted away. What melts is the feeling of being apart, the one thing worth letting go.
