ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਰਾਮ ॥
sabh meh rav rahi-aa so parabh antarjaamee raam.
He is contained amongst all; He is God, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts.
ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਰਵੈ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਰਾਮ ॥
gur sabad ravai rav rahi-aa so parabh mayraa su-aamee raam.
One who meditates and dwells upon God, through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, knows that God, my Lord and Master, is pervading everywhere.
ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਰਵਿਆ ਸੋਈ ॥
parabh mayraa su-aamee antarjaamee ghat ghat ravi-aa so-ee.
God, my Lord and Master, is the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts; He pervades and permeates each and every heart.
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਚੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਈਐ ਤਿਸੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ॥
gurmat sach paa-ee-ai sahj samaa-ee-ai tis bin avar na ko-ee.
Through the Guru's Teachings, Truth is obtained, and then, one merges in celestial bliss. There is no other than Him.
ਸਹਜੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾ ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਾਵਾ ਆਪੇ ਲਏ ਮਿਲਾਏ ॥
sehjay gun gaavaa jay parabh bhaavaa aapay la-ay milaa-ay.
I sing His Praises with intuitive ease. If it pleases God, He shall unite me with Himself.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਬਦੇ ਜਾਪੈ ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਏ ॥੨॥
naanak so parabh sabday jaapai ahinis naam Dhi-aa-ay. ||2||
O Nanak, through the Shabad, God is known; meditate on the Naam, day and night. ||2||

The One lives inside everyone, quietly knowing every heart from within.
Through the Word, I come to feel that same One present everywhere and in every heart — there is truly no other.
When it pleases the One, He draws me close on His own; through the Word He becomes known, so I keep the Name near, day and night.
The same One lives inside every single heart, knowing it from within.
antarjaamee — the inner-knower, the One who knows each heart from inside; ghat ghat ravi-aa so-ee, the same One in every heart. aapay la-ay milaa-ay: the uniting is His doing, received not forced. Knowing here is relational nearness, not information.
