In plain words

The minstrel sings the One's praises every day and makes his life beautiful.

Turned toward the Guru, he serves and praises the True One and keeps the One in his heart.

Loving the Naam, he finds his own home and his place in the palace.

Turned toward the Guru, I have found the Naam; I give my whole self to the Guru.

You Yourself make us beautiful, O Creator.

A life filled with praise quietly builds itself a true home.
The deeper layer

dhaadhee = the minstrel or bard, the Vaar's own singer. ghar dar paavai mahal = finds home and mansion — the true home is inward, reached by loving the Name. too aap savaareh aap = You Yourself adorn us — even our becoming-beautiful is grace.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you do daily that is slowly building who you are?
