Just glimpsing the One makes the whole day feel worthwhile — like the moment a cloud opens and light pours down.
Resting at the feet of that Oneness becomes the support of my mind and even of the breath in my body.
One glimpse of the One steadies the whole mind.
safal moorat darsan — the darshan (sacred sight) is safal (fruitful, fulfilling). charan kamal man paraan aDhaaree — the lotus feet are the aDhaar (support) of both mind and life-breath. This is the shabad’s Pause line, the still centre the other verses circle.
