In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

Everyone comes into being by the One's ordering Will; that Will reaches every single thing.

The One is true, and its whole play is true; it is the Master of all.

The world isn't a lie to escape but the true play of a true One — which is why it's worth engaging, not fleeing.
The deeper layer

Guru Ram Das opens with hukam — the ordering Will by which "everyone comes," reaching "all." And a striking claim: "True is the Lord and Master, and True is His play." The world is not a lie or a mere illusion to be despised; it is the true play of a true One. This grounds the raag's householder realism — the world is worth engaging because it is the One's own real doing.

A Question to Sit With

Do you tend to treat the everyday world as an obstacle or as something real and worth caring for?
