Meditating in remembrance on His Praises with my tongue, I live; slave Nanak is forever a sacrifice to Him. ||2||6||25||

In plain words

I'm just amazed — wonderstruck by the sheer wonder of it. There's truly nothing else beside it.

Saying its praises with my tongue, I feel alive; Nanak is, always, glad to belong to it.

Wonder isn't a conclusion you argue your way to — it's a response that overtakes you when you truly look.
The deeper layer

The praise resolves into wonder — vismaad, that awestruck 'wahe!' at the root of the word Waheguru. "I am amazed, and wonder-struck by His wonder" is not a conclusion reached by argument but a response that overtakes you when you really look. "There is none other than Him" is the raag touching the Mool Mantar's oneness: not a claim that other things don't exist, but that there is no second reality standing apart from the One. And notice the effect on the body: "meditating on His Praises with my tongue, I live" — the connection is felt as life itself.

A Question to Sit With

When was the last time something made you go 'wow' from the bottom of your chest? What was it?
