Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
You are the Maker of all — there's nothing and no one outside You.
You speak through us, You fill the water and the land, You give and You gather back.
So rest in the good, and don't be anxious — remain fearless; keep the good in mind, standing, sitting, always.
The Vaar closes on its deepest note — fearlessness: "O mind, do not be anxious — remain fearless... while standing, sitting, and sleeping, forever meditate on the Name." After all its teachings, the Vaar ends by handing us the One's own fearlessness: rest in the good, drop your anxiety, and carry the good with you through every moment of the day. The colophon ||21||1||Sudh|| marks the Vaar complete and "correct." For a child: rest in the good, don't be anxious, and carry it with you all day — standing, sitting, always — and you can be fearless.
What good thing could you carry with you all day to help you feel fearless?
