In plain words

The Pirs, the Prophets, the spiritual teachers, the faithful, the innocents and the martyrs —

the Shaikhs, the mystics, the Qazis, the Mullahs and the Dervishes at His Door —

they are all blessed more and more as they continue reading their prayers in praise to Him.

Pirs and prophets, Qazis and Dervishes — all at the same Door, all blessed more and more as they continue praising.
The deeper layer

This one says that everyone who prays with a true heart is welcome at the One's door.

Guru Nanak gives a long list of holy people from Muslim life around him. A Pir is a Sufi teacher. A Shaikh is a respected religious leader. A Qazi is a judge, and a Mullah is a teacher of Islam. A Dervish is a Sufi who lives simply and wanders. There are also prophets, the faithful, the innocent, and the martyrs.

Guru Nanak is not listing them just to be curious. He is saying that all of them stand at the same door, and all of them are blessed for their praise.

Barkat tin ka-o aglee: "they are blessed more and more." The blessing is not given once and then stops. It keeps growing as they keep praying. It is like a friendship. The more time you spend with a friend, the closer you grow.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever met someone from a very different religious tradition whose devotion you genuinely respected? What did it teach you?
