In plain words

In this way, the Dear Husband Lord ravishes and enjoys His bride.

The happy soul-bride is pleasing to You, Lord. By Your Grace, You adorn her.

Grace, not performance, is what makes the bride pleasing and adorned.

The Lord's Grace is the adornment — you don't prepare yourself to receive grace; grace is the preparation.
The deeper layer

The rahao of the Ashtapadee names the suhaagan (happy bride) as the one who pleases the Lord — and names grace as the mechanism: nadar karahi seegarao (by Your Grace, You adorn her). The bride does not adorn herself for the Lord's favor; the Lord's favor adorns the bride.

This reverses the usual structure of preparation and reception. The divine's grace is not the reward for the bride having successfully adorned herself. The divine's grace IS the adornment. You don't dress up to receive the grace; you receive the grace as your dressing up.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever been genuinely adorned by someone else's love — made more beautiful or more yourself by being loved? What was that like?
