In plain words

God is said to be the Truest of the True. His Place is the Truest of the True.

Those who obey the True One — their minds abide in true meditation.

Those who become Gurmukh and obtain spiritual wisdom — their minds and mouths are known to be pure.

The Gurmukh's mind and mouth are known to be pure — inner and outer aligned, no gap between thought and speech.
The deeper layer

The Truest of the True (sacho sach) — an intensification of sach (truth/reality). Not just true, but the truest expression of truth. This is the divine's position: not one true thing among others, but the source and standard of truth itself.

The Gurmukh's purity of mind and mouth: their meditation produces an alignment between what is thought (man) and what is spoken (mukh). No gap between inner state and outer expression — the most fundamental form of integrity.

A Question to Sit With

Is there a gap between what you think and what you say — a place where what comes out of your mouth doesn't fully match what you actually think or feel? What would it take to close that gap?
