In plain words

O Siblings of Destiny — filth is washed away by bathing in the Pure Water of the Name.

You alone are Perfectly Pure, O True Lord. All other places are filled with filth.

The one purifier. Not ritual bathing at sacred sites — the Pure Water of the Name.

You alone are perfectly pure, O True Lord — everything else carries some contamination. The Name's water washes because it connects to the only genuinely pure thing.
The deeper layer

The rahao continues the purity theme: the Naam jal (Pure Water of the Name) washes filth. Toohai nirmal — You alone are perfectly pure, and all other places are filled with filth. The radical monotheism of purity: only the divine is genuinely pure; everything else is contaminated by some degree of ego, desire, or corruption.

This is not pessimism about the world but a theological calibration: the divine is the standard of purity against which all else is measured. The Name's water washes because it brings the soul into contact with the only genuinely pure thing.

A Question to Sit With

What is the purest thing you have encountered — the cleanest, most uncorrupted quality of experience? What made it pure?
