In plain words

Through the Guru, the Pure One is known, and the human body becomes pure as well.

The Pure, True Lord abides within the mind. He knows the pain of our hearts.

With intuitive ease, a great peace is found, and the arrow of death shall not strike you.

Through the Guru, the Pure One is known — and the body becomes pure not by ritual but by knowing.
The deeper layer

The Guru as the medium through which the Pure One becomes known — and through which the body itself becomes pure. The purification is downstream of the knowing: first know the Pure One through the Guru, then the body purifies as a consequence.

The antarjaamee (Inner-knower) quality — He knows the pain of our hearts. The divine is not indifferent to the condition described in the preceding pauris (the wandering in the forest, the useless climbing). He knows. And His knowing is the compassionate foundation under all the difficulty.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever had the experience of knowing something that changed you physically — not just mentally, but in how you inhabit your body? What was that?
