In plain words

By Your Command, the month of Saawan — the monsoon — has come.

I have hooked up the plow of Truth.

And I plant the seed of the Name, in hopes that the Lord, in His Generosity, will bestow a bountiful harvest.

The season of grace has come — I have hooked up the plow of Truth and planted the seed of the Name, praying for the Generous Giver's bountiful harvest.
The deeper layer

Tud-hno aaii Saa-un sarrut-aa — by Your Command (tud-hno — through You, by Your Will), the month of Saawan has come (sarrut-aa — the season has arrived). Saawan (the monsoon month, roughly July-August) is in Punjab the season of new growth, of rain after the dry heat, of planting. It is associated with longing, with reunion, with the freshness of renewal. For a farming people, Saawan is the most vital month — the rain that makes the year.

Kirisat-u ban-ee, sach naam beeu boh-aa — I have made agriculture (kirisat-u — farming, cultivation) my spiritual work (ban-ee — has become, I have made it); I plant (boh-aa — sow, plant) the seed (beeu) of the True Name (sach naam). The inner farm: the season of grace has come (Saawan — the monsoon of the divine's mercy), the instrument of truth is ready (the plow of truth), and the seed being planted is the Name. The whole inner life is organized around this planting.

Naanakaa kar-i fal pooraa daataa — O Nanak, may the Generous Giver (daataa) bestow the complete fruit (kar-i fal pooraa — make the harvest whole, perfect, full). The prayer at the end: the planting is done; now the prayer for the harvest. The farmer who has plowed and planted does not control the rain or the sun. Those belong to the Giver. The prayer is for the generosity of the One who holds what the farmer cannot.

A Question to Sit With

What season of life are you in right now — a planting time, a growing time, or a harvest time? And what are you actually planting?
