In plain words

You fool — chant the Name of the oneness. Preserve your virtue, your genuine character.

Egotism and possessiveness are very seductive — they promise everything and take everything. Egotistical pride has plundered everyone who let it in.

Your virtue — your inner quality — is worth more than everything it took from you. Protect it.

Egotism is the most seductive thief — it promises everything while quietly taking what matters most.
The deeper layer

The rahao calls out to "you fool" (ਮੂੜੇ) — not with contempt but with the urgency of someone watching someone make a terrible mistake. The haumai (ego) and mamtaa (possessiveness) are named as the robbers of virtue.

The instruction is dual: chant the Name AND preserve virtue. These are two sides of the same practice — the Name protects virtue; virtue makes the Name audible in your life.

A Question to Sit With

Has ego — the need to be right, to look good, to be first — ever cost you something you actually cared about? What happened?
