Take the Merchandise of the Lord's Praises with you. Your Husband Lord shall see this and approve. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

O Siblings of Destiny — chant the Name and focus your awareness on it.

Take the merchandise of the Lord's praises with you. Your Husband Lord — the deepest connection — will see this and approve.

The only review that matters, in the end, is from the one who can actually see what you brought.

The most meaningful review of your life comes from the one who sees what you actually brought, not what you appeared to carry.
The deeper layer

The rahao identifies the specific merchandise: naam taaraa (the Name, praise). This is the cargo that the Husband Lord — Prabhu pati — will recognize and approve. The review happens at the end, but what you bring is assembled throughout the journey.

A Question to Sit With

If someone who loved you and saw everything about you — every moment, every intention — reviewed your life so far, what do you think they would say?
