In plain words

By His Grace, He has come into my home. He Himself has come to meet me.

Singing His Praises through the teachings of the Guru, we are dyed in His Color with intuitive ease.

Becoming truthful, we merge with the True One. Remaining blended with Him, we shall never be separated again.

The divine comes to meet the sincere seeker — the seeking is what signals you're ready to receive.
The deeper layer

This one says the One came to meet me, all on His own.

Kar kirpaa ghar aa-i-aa — in kindness, He came into my home. The home here is the inner home, the heart. And the surprise is the direction. It isn't the soul making a long trip to reach the One. It's the One coming in.

Picture waiting to call a friend, and then hearing a knock. They came to you first.

This is bhakti, the path of loving devotion. The seeker doesn't find the One by pushing harder. The One hurries to meet the person who is sincere. The meeting starts from His side.

Singing His praise through the Guru's Word, we are colored by His love, easily and naturally. And sachai sach samaa-i-aa — the true merges into the True, and stays there, never to be pulled apart again.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever experienced something coming to you — a realization, a connection, a moment of grace — without you having done anything to deserve it? What was that like?
