In plain words

O Siblings of Destiny — cultivate the farm of the Lord and plant the Seed of the True Name.

The water of the Lord's Name irrigates it. And from this cultivation, a joy arises.

The season is short. The farm is ready. Plant what will grow into something lasting.

The farm is given, the seed is given, the water is given — cultivation is the human contribution.
The deeper layer

The farming metaphor from the previous shabad develops here: hari khet (the farm of the Lord), naam beej (the seed of the Name), and Naam jal (the water of the Name). All three are provided: the farm, the seed, the water. The human's task is to cultivate.

The joy (anand) that arises from this cultivation is the fruit — the harvest of the Name-farm. It is not guaranteed by mere presence in the field; actual cultivation is required. But the conditions are given.

A Question to Sit With

What would you plant if you knew it would definitely grow? What 'crop' in your inner life are you currently tending?
