In plain words

O Nanak — I sacrifice my mind and body before my Guru.

Meeting with the Guru, I have found the Lord. In His love, I am absorbed.

The offering of mind and body is the complete offering. And the response to that offering is the complete reception.

The complete offering — mind and body — receives the complete reception: absorption in the Lord's Love.
The deeper layer

The closing pauri (this shabad has only 4 pauris) completes the soul-bride's journey: she has moved from "whose door shall I go to?" to the complete offering — man tan arpan (sacrifice mind and body).

The meeting with the Guru is the door she was seeking. Having met, the Lord is found. Having found, she is absorbed in His Love — prem samaaee. The cycle of longing, seeking, finding, and merging is complete.

A Question to Sit With

What would 'complete offering' look like for you — not a religious performance, but the genuine giving of everything you are to what you most believe in?
