In plain words

One who meditates on the Naam is at peace. Their face is radiant and bright.

Obtaining it from the Perfect Guru, they are honored all over the world.

In the Company of the Holy, the One True Lord comes to abide within the home of the self.

Genuine inner practice shows on the face — the radiance is not performed, it is the visible result of what is real within.
The deeper layer

The radiant face (mukh ujlaa) returns — a theme across all the Gurus in Siree Raag. Guru Arjan's version: one who meditates on the Naam finds peace (sukh paavai), which shows on the face as radiance. The inner state becomes externally visible.

"Honored all over the world" — jag mahi naam vadiaa-ee — the Naam brings honor in the world. Not sought honor but given honor: when the Naam is genuine within, the world recognizes something real.

The One True Lord coming to "abide within the home of the self" — ghar mahi aavai — returns to Guru Amar Das's teaching of the inner home as the divine's dwelling.

A Question to Sit With

When you look at someone's face, what do you see? Can you tell something true about what's happening inside them? What do you think your own face shows?
