In plain words

The Supreme Lord God is pervading all places and interspaces.

The One is the Giver of all. There is no other at all.

In His Sanctuary, one is saved. Whatever He wishes comes to pass.

The One who pervades all places also governs all that happens — aligning with that is not passivity, it is reality.
The deeper layer

This one says the One is everywhere, gives to all, and keeps safe all who come to Him.

Thaan thanantar rav rahi-aa — He fills every place and every space in between. Like air, which is in every room and every gap, even where you don't notice it.

He is also in charge. Keetaa lorhay so ho-ay — whatever He wants comes to be. The One who is everywhere also guides everything. There is no place He is not. Nothing is outside His Will.

Sabhnaa daataa ayk hai — the One is the Giver of all.

This isn't a reason to sit back and do nothing. It is seeing what really runs the world, so we can move with it instead of against it. Tis sarnaa-ee chhutee-ai — in His shelter, we are set free.

A Question to Sit With

What is the difference between passive acceptance ('it is what it is') and genuine alignment ('I choose to be in harmony with this')? Can you feel the difference?
