In plain words

This mind, body, and wealth were given by God, who naturally adorns us.

He has blessed us with all our energy, and infused His Infinite Light deep within us.

Forever and ever, meditate in remembrance on God. Keep Him enshrined in your heart.

Everything you have — mind, body, wealth, energy, the Light within — was given. Recognizing this changes the relationship to all of it.
The deeper layer

The acknowledgment of everything received: tan man dhan (body, mind, wealth) — all given by God. Not earned, not created, not owned. Given. And the energy (bal) to use them — also given. And the Infinite Light deep within (anter parkash anantaa) — also given.

When you recognize everything as given, the relationship to it transforms: not ownership, but stewardship; not pride, but gratitude.

"Naturally adorns" (aap savaardaa) — the Lord naturally beautifies, without effort on His part. The adorning is His nature, not a service He provides.

A Question to Sit With

If you genuinely held that your mind and body were gifts — not yours, but given to you for a period — how would you treat them differently?
