In plain words

O my mind — without the Lord, there is no other at all.

Remain in God's Sanctuary forever, and no suffering shall afflict you.

The permanent sanctuary. Not temporary relief. Not reduced suffering. No affliction.

In the permanent Sanctuary, no suffering afflicts — not reduced, not managed, not afflicting.
The deeper layer

The rahao returns to the core position: bin Har avar na koee — without the Lord, there is no other. And the condition-promise: remain in the Sanctuary (Prabh sarnaa — rahi-o) and no suffering shall afflict (dukh na bisiaapai).

The permanence: sadaa (always) in the Sanctuary. This is not a practice session or a prayer interval. Always. The Sanctuary is the default state of the one who has found it.

A Question to Sit With

What would a permanent inner sanctuary feel like — a place within yourself that no outer event could reach? Have you glimpsed it? What was it like?
