In plain words

O my mind — meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

Always keep the Company of the Holy, and focus your consciousness on the Feet of the Guru.

Three practices, one direction: Name, Sangat, Guru's Feet.

Three practices, one direction: Name in the mind, Sangat as environment, Guru's Feet as the living focus.
The deeper layer

The rahao gives three simultaneous practices: jap (meditate on the Name), Saadh Sangat rahi-o (remain in the Company of the Holy), and Gur charan chit laao (focus consciousness on the Guru's Feet). These are not three separate practices competing for attention. They are three expressions of the same orientation.

When all three are present simultaneously, the practice is complete. The Name in the mind, the Sangat as the environment, the Guru as the living focus: this is the full context for genuine practice.

A Question to Sit With

Of the three — private practice, community, living guidance — which is strongest in your life? Which is weakest? What would bringing the weakest in line with the others look like?
