The diseases of ego and doubt are cast out. They shall not come and go in reincarnation.
The mastak likhiaa (destiny written on forehead) that produces the Naam-meditation: those whose destiny is so written, meditate. The meditation follows the destiny, not precedes it. But the destiny is written by grace.
Haumai rog (disease of ego) and bharam (doubt) are katiaa (cut out) — not suppressed or managed, cut out entirely. The root is removed, not just the symptom.
The end of reincarnation: na aavai jaavai — when ego and doubt are cut, the cycle ends.
