In plain words

Repeat the True Name, and your mind and body become pure.

Without the True One, everything is false. The pleasures of the world are all transitory.

The purity isn't cosmetic — it goes into the mind and body both.

Repeat the True Name — mind and body both become pure, because the only real thing in a world of impermanence has entered.
The deeper layer

The purification that comes from repeating the True Name (sach naam jap) is comprehensive: tan man pavitar — body and mind become pure. Not just the mind (the usual domain of spiritual practice) — the body too. The purification is total.

The contrast: without the True One, sab jhooth — everything is false. Not some things. Everything. And specifically rig rang mano-rang (pleasures that please the mind) are all binavant — transitory, fading.

The True Name is the sach (true, real, permanent) thing in a world of jhooth (false, impermanent). Repeating it is how permanence enters the temporary.

A Question to Sit With

What practices in your life actually make you feel clean — genuinely cleaner inside, not just better-feeling? What is it about those practices that produces that?
