One who is so blessed by the Formless Lord God renounces selfishness, and becomes the dust of all. ||3||

In plain words

You Yourself are the Giver and the Forgiver. You Yourself are the Creator of all.

By Your power, all things are done. Your wisdom is beyond all wisdom.

You are the Doer, the Giver, the Forgiver — all the verbs of spiritual life are Yours.

All doing is done by divine power, all giving by divine generosity, all forgiving by divine grace — the human is the instrument.
The deeper layer

The divine as Doer of everything: Kartaa Prabhu who does all, gives all, forgives all. And specifically: tere bal sabh kichh hoiaa — by Your power, all things are done. No human power is independent — it is all borrowed from the Source.

"Wisdom beyond all wisdom" — akal kalaa bhi toohai — the divine's intelligence is not just greater than human intelligence. It is of a different order: the intelligence that created the capacity for intelligence.

This returns to the "everything is You" of Pauri 2: if everything seen is You, and everything done is done by Your power, then the divine is the only actor.

A Question to Sit With

What would it feel like to experience yourself as an instrument rather than the originating agent — to feel that what flows through you comes from somewhere beyond you?
